The current acts of piracy in the Gulf of Aden against the international shipping routes have resulted in the fact that we have been forced to implement an Aden Gulf emergency surcharge of 20 USD per TEU. This surcharge will be applicable for all containerized shipments which are passing through the Gulf of Aden (Eastbound and Westbound) as from shipment date January 27th 2009 .
